Support

GyroGrade is based on Gyroflow and maintained by Ryan Smith. It was called Gyroflow Plus until version 1.0.1.

A useful report includes the app edition and version, your macOS version, the camera and recording mode, and the exact message you saw. Please don't send original footage unless we agree on it first; a short clip that shows the problem is usually enough.

Stabilization and lens profiles

GyroGrade uses the same stabilization engine as Gyroflow, so the Gyroflow documentation and its supported cameras list apply. Please report problems that are specific to Gyroflow Plus, such as LUT, color or export issues, to us rather than to the Gyroflow team.
